Catfish Derby Entry Information |

| Entry Fee: |
$40 per adult if received before 11:00 PM on Thursday before the Derby.
$45 per adult if received after that.
$10 per kid 15 years and younger.
Entry form must be received by mail or brought to Derby Headquarters between 12:00 noon and 11:00 PM on Thursday to qualify for the reduced rate. |

Entries will be accepted by mail or at Derby Headquarters. Entries will not be accepted after 11:00 PM on Friday of the Derby. Entry numbers and rules must be picked up by each contestant in person at Derby Headquarters.

Derby Headquarters is at the Clearlake Oaks fire station, 12655 E. Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks. A map is available here.

All weighing will be done at Derby Headquarters.
