There have been some issues with correspondence from our members for our monthly dinners. The main problem being a lack of response to our emails and follow up phone calls.

It is vial we know how many will be attending so we can properly inform the moose lodge in a timely manner; last month this issue resulted in some not getting a dinner.

Please respond back to the dinner correspondence by or before the date stated in the email if you will be attending, and the number of people attending with you.
