We are a non-profit organization that serves the combined community of Clearlake Oaks/Glenhaven on the North Shore of Clear Lake in Lake County, California.  Formed in 1978 by a small group of merchants and residents who sought to pool their resources and ideas to benefit the community, our membership has grown steadily to over 75 businesses and individuals.  We hold dinner meetings on the 4th Thursday of each month with an agenda that covers county government reports and other topics of local interest presented by a wide array of speakers.  We also sponsor two major annual events:  the Catfish Derby and the July 4th Fireworks.  Membership is open to all who wish to support our mission. 

Our Mission is to promote the continuing improvement of our community and to enhance the quality of life of its residents. 

To do this, we: 

• Contribute financially to organizations and projects throughout Lake County that demonstrate a clear benefit to our community.
• Sponsor events that encourage community involvement and/or increased commerce.
• Provide an ongoing forum for the presentation and discussion of topics of interest to our community.
