The 2024 Clearlake Oaks Glenhaven Catfish Derby is now accepting entries!

The 2024 Catfish Derby will be held May 17-19  in Clearlake Oaks.

The tournament features fishing in separate divisions for adults and kids,  The adult catching the largest fish wins $5,000, and the kids catching the largest fish win $100.  Over $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded.  There will be food and entertainment at Derby headquarters.

There are two kids divisions, one for ages up to 10 years, and one for ages 11-15 years.  The top five places in each kids division win cash prizes.

 Entries can be submitted by mail or in person at the following locations:

   - Limit Out Bait and Tackle, 12607 E Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks
   - Derby headquarters at the Clearlake Oaks Fire Station, 12655 E Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks (Thursday and Friday of Derby week)

Contestants who enter by mail, online, or at Limit Out must stop by Derby headquarters on Thursday or Friday of Derby week and pick up their registration packages before starting to fish.

The adult entry fee is $50 per adult if received by 11:00PM Thursday May 16 and $60 after that.  The entry fee for kids is $10.  KIds entering receive a free Derby t-shirt.
